1. Who can rent
- Age 21+ for most cars; 23+ for supercars.
- Documents: passport and a valid driving licence. Tourists — an international driving permit or a national licence accepted in the UAE; UAE residents — a UAE licence.
- Up to two additional drivers can be added free of charge; their documents are required as well.
2. Booking and payment
- A booking becomes final after a manager confirms availability and the exact total. The confirmed total does not change afterwards.
- Payment: international bank cards, Russian cards, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery of the car.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental start. Later cancellations may be charged one rental day.
3. Delivery and return
- Delivery and pick-up anywhere in Dubai are free. Other emirates — on request, for an agreed fee.
- The car is handed over with a signed inspection report; we recommend photographing the car at handover.
- Fuel: the car is returned with the same fuel level as at handover, or the difference is charged at cost.
4. Insurance and deposit
- Every car is insured. Exact deposit and excess (franchise) terms depend on the model and are confirmed in writing before payment.
- Insurance does not cover: driving under the influence, racing, off-road use, gross negligence, or use by a driver not listed in the contract.
5. Mileage
- Standard limit — 250 km per day. Weekly and monthly rentals include larger allowances, stated in the contract.
- Extra mileage can be purchased in advance or is charged per kilometre at the rate stated in the contract.
6. Traffic fines and tolls
- Fines registered during your rental period are matched to your booking and passed on at cost — no markup.
- You can see your fines on your personal payment page at any time. Salik (toll) crossings are charged at the official rate.
7. Use of the car
- The car may not leave the UAE without our prior written consent.
- Prohibited: subleasing, racing or track use, towing, off-road driving (unless the contract says otherwise), transporting anything illegal.
- Smoking in the car may incur a professional cleaning fee.
8. Extension and early return
- Extension — one message in chat or WhatsApp; we confirm and send a payment link within minutes.
- Early return does not automatically entitle to a refund of unused days unless agreed otherwise.
9. Liability and law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai.
- The signed rental contract prevails over this summary if they differ.
