1. What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, phone number, chosen car and dates, and any comment you leave.
• Support conversations: messages you send in the site chat, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram.
• Contract data: documents required by UAE law to sign a rental contract (passport, driving licence). These are collected offline at handover, not through this site.

2. Why we collect it

• To confirm and manage your booking, deliver the car and stay in touch during the rental.
• To show you your rental total and any traffic fines on your personal payment page.
• We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

3. Payments

• Card and crypto payments are processed by licensed payment providers (e.g. Stripe, YooKassa, NOWPayments). Your card details never reach our servers.
• We store only the payment status and amount needed for accounting.

4. Cookies and local storage

• The site stores your language, currency and favourite cars in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
• Analytics, when enabled, is cookie-less and anonymous (page views and button clicks, no personal identifiers).

5. Storage and sharing

• Data is stored on our own servers. Access is limited to Lucent staff who handle bookings.
• We share data only with payment providers (to process your payment) and messengers (to reply to you where you wrote us), or when required by UAE law.

6. Your rights

• You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless UAE law requires us to keep it).
